Art Competition Winners At Half time during Newports match against Cross Keys, the prizes for this seasons junior art competition were awarded by Newport Legend and cup winner, Keith Poole. The winners were both young ladies and their drawings were both of Newport in action. The judges were impressed how both had captured the movement of rugby, the interaction of the crowd and above all, the black and amber colours that make us all so proud. The winners were Lauren Neal aged ten and Immi Scholefield aged eight. Lauren was on holiday but Immi was there to recieve her tee shirt and cash prize in front of the Rodney Parade crowd.
